We still enjoy the effects of yesterdays biodanza class on the dancing with nutritious forces of earth and lightness. For the first time more men than women attended this group!
Monday 19th we dance on, again with a lot of earthy rhythm (= structure) and warm light. The theme will be; The Balance in Giving & Receiving. A Warm Midwinter Class….
